The 100-night trial

How the 100 nights work

• Your trial starts the day your pillow is delivered.
• Give it a fair go — at least two weeks for your body to adjust. Most people know within a month.
• Not right? Email hello@sleepingbunny.com.au with your order number any time within the 100 nights.
• We email you a prepaid return label — there's nothing to pay and nothing to work out.
• Once we receive the pillow, your full refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Where returned pillows go

For hygiene, a returned pillow is never resold. Instead, every returned pillow in good condition is donated to charity — so it finds a new home rather than landfill.

The fine print

• One trial per product type per customer or household — it's for finding your pillow, not rotating through the range.
• Please use a pillowcase during the trial, as you normally would.
